I thought everything was pretty good. i've almost never had to wait and when i do its less than 5 minutes. everyone's friendly and they give good brushing/flossing advice. They go over all the charges carefully with you before you go ahead with a proceedure (something i haven't experienced from doctors EVER). I did have to have a filling fixed a couple months after the fact, but it wasn't that big a deal considering i had like 13 fillings over the space of 2 months - so i kind of expected things to be imperfect with my teeth for the rest of my life anyway.

i am not impressed by their billing system. i just received a random bill for $120 for stuff done on my teeth a long time ago when my insurance was supposed to cover it, so i'm not actually completely sure whether or not it was the dentist's fault or not.

I went in a few times. They seemed like they knew what they were doing but after getting a cavity filled I decided to never go back. A few days after the filling was finished I had a lot of pain when biting down. I called the office and went back in. I was then reprimanded by the dentist, he said it was my fault for not telling him it didn't feel right while I was in the office right after the filling; How was I suppose to even feel anything with all that numbness? Also, had a few billing issues with them and they weren't easy to work with either. After 3 months of not ever receiving a bill I called up and they said I still owed the balance plus a late fee; when I explained I never received a bill they said that was true because they never entered my address in the computer to bill out and tried to say it was my fault. Anyway, I fought it, paid my bill and left. Cleanings were ok, never got a little bag of goodies (toothbrush, floss, etc) after leaving but they did a normal job. Wouldn't recommend
